The principles of 'winning' are simple, the art of applying these principles better than your competitors is very complex, and, your success as a crew is dependant upon your contribution as individuals.
The coaching support I provide is about working with you as individuals, identifying where gains can be made and providing the support and structure to create lasting development. It is not about telling you what to do.
I look at the complete performance, consider the component parts that combine to create "a winning performance" and I provide you with simple and specific methods of applying them.
I am available to coach 'on-board' to develop individual roles, boat handling and crew interaction or I can structure 'fleet' training to develop starting, mark roundings and the race course skills.
E-mail james@jdclcoaching.com to talk more about how I can help your specific campaign.
