Skiing PERFORMANCE SEMINARS for your Business.
The need to perform as team is important in any context, but in the current economic and business climate teams that perform to a higher level will deliver a competitive advantage.
But, what constitutes a successful or ‘winning’ performance?
High performance is not some mythical gift that only a select few can achieve. There is nothing unusual in high performance, in fact, there are 1,000’s of people performing to a high level every day, but most businesses are not performing to their potential.
PERFORMANCE IS ABOUT BEHAVIOUR
These workshop’s are not about ‘building rafts’, they are about you as individuals. They are about how each individual contributes to the team.
You may be the smallest cog in the wheel but the success of the whole team relies on everyone contributing 100%. Teams that successfully outperform others are made up of individuals who contribute fully.
Using skiing as a performance tool, we will be able to study, develop and apply the characteristics and frameworks that enable individuals to excel and teams to achieve.
We will spend time understanding the component parts that contribute to individual performance and the component parts that contribute to effective interaction with colleagues. At each stage we will transfer this theory into a practical environment.
Please bear in mind that these concepts are not sport specific but are applicable to any environment where a team is required to perform, excel and compete.
Although the sessions will be fun and rewarding they will also have ongoing value once you return to your workplace.
