Jaz is currently one of the alpine training staff for the British Association of Snowsport Instructors with responsibilities for training and assessing BASI members through the system. Through this role he has guided countless skiers through their qualifications and into a professional ski teaching career.

Outside this direct role with BASI, his role as Director of the British Alpine Ski School in Morzine ensures he is active with training programmes to support skiers in preparing for and attaining the BASI qualifications. BASI has recognised the quality of BASS Morzine and the training they run by making them a 'European Business Partner' allowing the school to run BASI courses under licence.

BASI Level 1 & 2 - Fastrack Course - a 13 week programme taking you from experienced skier to qualified instructor.

BASI level 1 or Level 2 - Join one of the BASS Morzine EBP BASI level 1 (Trainee Instructor) courses and start the journey to gaining your Instructors licence.

All Mountain Instructor Training - 3 day training aimed at high level recreational skiers and Dry Slope / Snowdome Instructors

Introduction to Race Training - 5 day introduction to Slalom racing for high level recreational skiers or Instructors wanting to work towards their 'Test Technique'

Formula 3 - Join our Formula 3 training programme to support skiers based in the Morzine area in achieving the BASI Ski Instructor Licence (Level 2)

ISIA Training - Join our Formula 2 training programme supporting skiers based in the Morzine area in achieving the BASI Ski Teacher Licence (Level 3). This includes technical, teaching, race and off-piste / mountain safety training.

ISTD Training - Join our succesful Formual 1 programme supporting skiers who are working as stagiaires with our International Ski School partners in Morzine through their ISTD modules. This programme has been succesfully led by Jaz and Elaine Adam.
